Once you become a Liberty distributor the conversion process is extremely easy. We will walk you through the step by step process.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions.

Many major oil companies are consolidating and pulling out of certain markets. Would Liberty consider them for branding?
Each location would need to be reviewed and evaluated before approval is given. Liberty is committed to facilities that represent the top quadrant of stations relative to the marketing area. Each location will be evaluated on an individual basis.

I have my own C-Store identity. Can I continue to use it?
Yes. Liberty endorses and encourages you to stay with your current identity. After all, that represents your brand equity that has been built over the years and is recognized in the community.

What is the typical cost to convert a location to the Liberty brand? Also, does Liberty provide any financial support?
No two stations are the same. However, to re-image a 36- 44 inch canopy of various lengths (blue & red/white strips),install three sets of Liberty neon channel letters on the canopy, goal post, hallmark 3 product price sign, painting and labeling four to six MPDs, the cost should range from $15,000 to $25,000 based upon local contractor rates. A few of the stations have actually been less than $15,000. Liberty does not provide financial assistance. The financial incentive is the product purchase price and low credit card fees.

Can I get an exclusive territory?
Yes, an Exclusive Territory is available in rural and semi rural areas but not major cities. However, to secure an Exclusive Territory, a joint three year growth plan will need to be developed, including capital allocation, number of stations, maintenance of station image and appearance and forecasted market share. Progress will be monitored to ensure the commitment is being met.
